Last week , on January 17th, I started to work on lowering my Cholesterol. No problems so far, but it does mean that I have to change my eating habits. It's a bit of a challenge making sure that I'm cutting out those dangerous fats found in so many foods, but it's not so bad. It does mean that I have to read the labels on everything I buy.
